The residential is surrounded by all the necessary services, leisure areas, and amenities. Supermarkets are just a few minutes away, La Zenia Shopping Center is 8 minutes away, and Torrevieja Hospital is 7 minutes away. Villamartin Golf Course is only 7 minutes from the residential, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés nearby.
